What is the minimum purchase for free delivery?

SIMPLE offers FREE delivery on any order $250 or more, and does not charge the typical fuel surcharges charged by other distributors.*

What are Simple’s payment policies and procedures?

SIMPLE offers a variety of payment options to fit your needs.  We accept all major credit cards (3% transaction fee applies), and offer Net 12 payment plans for our customers.  Initial product orders are COD.

 How do I order online?

After your initial product purchase, you will be set up with an account to order online.  Our office will contact you once your account has been created with your login credentials and online ordering instructions.  Your account will list the items specific to your business, and is immediately updated with any product changes or additions.  Our online ordering process is easy and simple.

What is the deadline to order for next-day delivery?

Orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to your scheduled delivery to ensure timely receipt of your order.  We handle emergency delivery requests on a case by case basis.

Is Will Call available?

Will Call is available at our convenient Chandler warehouse.  Please indicate in your order when you will be arriving for pickup.

What are your normal hours and holiday schedule?

Our general office and warehouse hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.  We are closed on weekends and on the following holidays:

What happens when an item is out of stock/backordered?

At SIMPLE we strive to keep our inventory fully stocked so that you always have what you need.  Unfortunately, situations outside of our control sometimes arise causing items to be backordered.  In the event of a backorder, we will make every attempt to substitute a comparable item at or as close as possible to the same cost as the backordered item.
